Charging:

The Catit PIXI Stainless Steel UV-C Fountain has a built-in battery and can operate without the power cord once fully charged. If the fountain is powered on, inserting the charging cable enables continuous mode, with a non-interrupted water flow.

Inserting the power cable when the fountain is off will still allow the device to charge.

Water level:

The Catit PIXI Stainless Steel UV-C Fountain can indicate water levels ranging from 99% to 30%. When the water level drops below the sensor threshold (30%), the pump will stop operating even if some water is still present.

If the fountain displays a water level of 30%, the water level is too low for the pump to access, and the reservoir should be refilled.
