In creating Catit Go Natural Pea Husk Clumping Cat Litter, we use recycled pea husks that would otherwise be discarded. The pea fibers are mixed with raw, food-grade materials such as starch, corn powder, and guar gum, which act as natural clumping agents. The result are soft, cylindrical litter pellets that clump without sticking to the litter box, and feel nice to your cat’s sensitive paws.

In creating Catit Go Natural Pea Husk Clumping Cat Litter, we use pea husks that would otherwise be discarded. Catit Pea Husk Litter ingredients are mixed and compressed into tiny pellets of 0.06 inches (1.5 mm) in diameter, which is only half as thick as most other pea husk litters. The pea husk pellets can absorb up to 300% or about 3 times their own weight in cat waste, thanks to their unique diameter.

Catit Go Natural Pea Husk Clumping Cat Litter is created by carefully mixing and compressing its various ingredients. The resulting pellets are dried using an energy-efficient microwave unit to kill potential bacteria. In this drying process, heat loss is minimal. Next, the litter is cooled and sieved to extract dust. The collected dust is then recycled and entered back into the production cycle, along with any product that doesn’t meet the facility’s high quality control standards. In other words, nothing goes to waste and all ingredients are reworked to perfection.
